Shipping Policy – Unzipped Looks

At Unzipped Looks, we aim to deliver your favorite styles to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within India takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive faster deliveries, while remote areas may take longer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹[set amount, e.g., ₹999].

  • For orders below this value, a standard shipping charge of ₹[amount] will apply.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if enabled, may include an additional handling fee.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

  • You can use this ID to track your package on our delivery partner’s website/app.

6. Delays & Responsibility

  • While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (strikes, natural calamities, courier issues, etc.).

  • Unzipped Looks is not responsible for delays once the package is handed over to the courier.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery update. We will assist in resolving the issue.
